Resident Evil 5.

So last night I went up to a nearby friends house to play R.E. 5. And we beat it in like 8 hours, admittedly we were playing on the easiest difficulty because we hadn't planned on playing it for 8 hours straight. But as we went through the game I started to notice one complaint a lot of people have with this game, the storage system for ammo, weapons and such, so many times I wouldn't have room from healing items because of ammo and weapons. It didn't help that you find your weapons throughout the levels so that's another spot taken up, and if you want to wear a bulletproof vest that's another spot, I will admit that sucks. But as the game went on I noticed it less and less so it wasn't that big of a deal for me.

I also can't believe I went through an entire Resident Evil game without knowing anything about the story, my friend skipped every damn cut scene so when we showed up in a new area I was always wondering how the hell we got there.

Another thing about the game, the bosses did not disappoint, they all looked bad ass and were fun to defeat. But with that out of the way, I know a lot of people think this game is racist because it's set in Africa, but I think that thinking that is quite juvenile, it's never implied ever in the game at all. Africa is only the setting of the game, and a very good and creepy one at that. But I don't know maybe it's just me but I didn't see any racism anywhere.

But the last good thing about R.E. 5, this game looks to be an easy 1000 achievement points if you are willing to put a little time in, I got half the achievements in one play through without even trying, so I'm sure when I actually get the game, it won't take long to get all 1000 points.
