omfg.Pilates.Okay I'd like to think I have decent muscles. I do cardio, and isolated muscle workouts most every day. If I miss Kaju class I generally do some running and a bunch of kicking and punching routines. Pilates will look at all that, laugh and say "You in for a surprise nancyboy." Seriously. FFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFF. WHO DESIGNED THIS?! OW. Tomorrow is going to be a painful day for Aoina's muscles. |
