New Computer

I just ordered a new laptop to replace my aging macbook. I'll be getting a Lenovo ThinkPad x200s. For those of your more technically inclined, here are the specs:

Yeah the one thing I don't like about CoD is how they continually try to make me shoot my dog :-/ ... and she is really awesome ... shes into things like racing, hockey, and cars :)

Have to do work sooner than I thought. On second glance, it doesn't look like the old-style notifications are being removed until 4.0 still. Doorhanger notifications are coming in, but nothing's necessarily going out in 3.7. This pleases my lazy side.

Oh I know. This is why I wanted to buy ford stock when it was trading just over a dollar. Of course all the investor ratings said not to.

The resurgence of ford has been a long time in coming, from aquisition of brands, borrowing their designs, then dumping them, to partnering with Microsoft on the sync system and all the while rather silently improving their initial quality and reliability despite the constant and pervasive American belief that all domestics are by nature inferior.

Run on sentence but I'm on my phone.

A lot of this was happening before the bailout. But without the 300 horse v6 camaro, ford would not have upped the ante like this. They might have gone for modest gains and retained some fuel economy on the v6 model but they would not have flopped all this out. The six cylinder has been around 205 hp or so for the last 15 years. No real impetus to chance apart from the camaro.

Tbh I was thinking about getting the fusion, but now I might get this budgety ponycar. I'll be waiting on the new v8 specs though.
