The thread for CBS's Television Show Shark.

IMDB - Shark
Wikipedia - Shark
CBS - Shark

SHARK is a drama that follows the professional and personal life of Sebastian Stark (James Woods), a charismatic, supremely self-confident defense attorney who, after a shocking outcome in one of his cases and a personal epiphany, brings his cutthroat tactics to the prosecutor's office. As the head of the Los Angeles District Attorney's high-profile crime unit, Stark is forced to work for his former nemesis, Jessica Devlin (Jeri Ryan), the ambitious and accomplished D.A. who despises his ruthless strategies. Devlin teams him with a group of young prosecutors who are about to have the learning experience of a lifetime because, though Stark is seeking to redeem himself, he has no intention of changing his underhanded approach to cases just because he's now working for the "good guys."

The commercials I've caught for this give me the impression that it's pretty much a clone of House, only the eponymous (!) character is a lawyer instead of a doctor.

....
His young team includes Casey Woodland (Sam Page), a privileged hunk who is arrogant about his abilities as a young attorney; Raina Troy (Sophina Brown), a smart, tough new addition to the office; Martin Allende (Alexis Cruz), an intellectual from South Central L.A.; and the high-powered Madeleine Poe (Sarah Carter), who joins the team in order to learn from the best. It's an eye-opening experience for this rookie group of lawyers who begin to use Stark's infamous brass knuckle tactics in their cases. With Stark's 16-year-old daughter, Julie (Danielle Panabaker), rooting for him at home, this legal shark must now prove that he can play, and win, on the other side of the law.

Looks interesting...I'll check it out.

Still not locked?

Amazing! Well, I am stuck at episode 10. I've been downloading them
from the internet using bittorrent so I am at the mercy of uploaders.

Thread still isn't locked! Yeah! Someone say something. It's a great show.

Are there any lawyers out there who can actually comment on what happens on the show.
I'm interested in how real the show really is considering the law, etc.

I like the show, but you know sooner or later, James Woods and Jerri Ryan are gonna end up in bed together, and that's kind of gross.

If you're a Stargate fan, he played Skaara on the show, and in the movie too. Though it appears during last night's episode he was killed.

I finally got the 11th and 12th episodes.

Jeeze! Dark some?!
I didn't really like how 11 was more of a "Cops" type show than about the lawyerly stuff.

And holy cow was the 12th a dark episode.
I loved that they were back in the courtroom though,
and that guy representing himself was really cool.

I'm watching the 13th episode right now.

The house that the man was killed in is the
EXAXCT same house that they used as the
billionar's estate from The Benchwarmers

I wonder whose house that actually is?!

Any ideas?

Wow, so not much talk going on in here.

I am all caught up on Season 2 just waiting the new episodes.
I know they start later this month (according to TV.com)

I don't like the new intro at all.
I loved the way it used to be 1/2 a second long with just the Title.
It was refreshing to see something new and different like that.

Oh well.

Where the crap did the pretty boy go?
Did I miss that, or did he just not show up in second season?
