My sponsorship just recently ended. This kinda sucks for me because I would gladly give away my 10 bucks a month to support the RT gang. I want to know if anyone else has anymore information about what is wrong other then it is broken. Like how long is it going to take, or what needs to be fixed. i know that it has been messed up for at least two or three weeks. other then that i'm not sure, but when is this going to get fixed?

it works if you do it by pay pal, but i'm not sure how to do that... i'm probably just gonna have someone sponsor me that way.... rather then just sponsoring myself
one thing that pissed me off even though someone else payed for my sponsorship i think the staff could at least put in some effort for those of us who keep them in business to at least talk to us once in a while
yea i know for real dude... i want to be sponsored pretty bad.. i want to watch episode 96. pretty bad... even though i already have i want to be able to see who gives me + mods... thats been pissing me off recently that i havn't been able to see that... just not being a sponsor is making me mad because i'm used tot he little things you can do as a sponsor
Okay.... I went through Pay Pal to get the sponsorship...Nothing...I as well am used to being a sponsor with my previous account with Rt....please please get this problem fixed soon.
hey...i know this is kinda noobish, but i still don't see the perks of being a sponsor. like, i know they have their own special comics, and they get to watch teh episodes before they go public, but what's the point if you can just wait a few days until it is released? i guess it's different for me because i'm not used to having a kickass gold star next to my name or have a little mod report thingy, but 10 bucks just for that? the only reason why i'd sponsor roosterteeth would be if they needed teh money, but even then my parents probs wouldn't let me. please don't neg mod me if this pisses you off.

Sponsorship has always been a problem. Sometimes it doesn't end on the correct day, sometimes it doesn't start immediately, but I think you need to email either Gus or Geoff, though I am pretty sure it is Geoff.
There have been problems for a while now. I was actually just about to start a thread about it when I saw this one. I've gift sponsored several people in addition to myself since I came here and I've never had problems. The sponsorships have always gone through almost, if not, immediately. Recently I gifted someone again and it still hasn't gone through. I'm just wondering why, since this is a pretty significant problem, and it's been going on for a while, has it not been addressed. No one has even mentioned it in a news post and no one I've seen has mentioned it in their journals either. Granted I don't have the entire staff on watch, but still. I do have Geoff and Gus and Bernie on watch. Not a peep out of any of them regarding it.
The I sponsored! Now where's my star? thread has instructions for what to do if you're having problems. And I followed them. But I think they were intended for immediately after the upgrade to the new site. That was a couple days ago too and I still haven't heard anything. Then again it is the weekend. I think patience will be the name of the game here. However, it would be nice if someone could at least acknowledge the problem and let us know they're working on it.
I've been trying to sponsor someone for a while, and the error message keeps telling me the staff will fix it or get in contact with me. So much for that idea.
i don't know if it is fixed yet... i got sponsored by pay pal if you want to know if it's fixed i would try to pay by credit card... and if it fails just ask gus or burnie when the problem is going to be fixed, but for some reason there seems to have always been a problem with the sponsorship system
yea thats great... when i tried to renew my sponsorship which didn't end on the correct day... about a week late. I was getitng really frustrated about that problem
i really don't know. i would seriously talk to geof about that... i think he's the only one that would be able to help you with that... that really blows for you dude.
