My brother just got a new laptop, and whenever he boots it up it kills the internet forcing everyone to wait about 2 min for it to pop back up. thus killing Dota, Wow, Halo, etc. when he connects to internet, it kills it again. and periodically every 30 minutes or so, the laptop goes for the kill again.
he insists it isnt his laptop, but we've tested it and it is EVERY time he boots it or connects to internet, that EVERYONE else loses it.
Uh. Something more informational like the router would be helpful in this case. Since it's not Vista that's the problem, it'd be the hardware it's interacting with.
