This is the official thread for Amateur Hammer Division #1. We're #1 in every sense of the word...

We have WL09 Division Champion and Final Four team Str8 Griffn.

We have WL09 Playoff teams Retarded FaceKickers With Hammers and the Ways and Means Committee.

We have WL09 Legacy team and SML08 Playoff team Rampant Havoc.

And we have experienced teams Ultraviolet and WESUCK@GRIFBALL.

Half the teams in this division were the top three teams in WL09 Rookie Division 2, so expect plenty of solid competition.

I'm excited for the pre-established rivalries. I remember the epic 40 minute battle against RFKWH and I think I'm still recovering from it!

Top three teams are going to be the same top three as last time. Str8 lost some players, Kickers just lost their star tank, but both teams will probably still be solid enough to keep the rivalries going. EDIT: Also, John and Halfbreed aren't happy to see you guys again. They want my division. Post edited 4/03/09 12:25PM

Don't underestimate Rampant Havoc. They were in our division last season and they nearly beat us in 1 our games.

Rampant Havoc was a SML08 rookie playoff team. i really wont be surprised if they win this division.

No problem. Y'all are a good team. The second game I am pretty sure we had host and we are a host dependant team.

Man, that was a pretty epic game against Str8 Griffn. That last round was something else. Reminds me of WaMC vs. Facekickers last season.

The game against St8 Griffin (5-4) was a perfect match up and was a lot of fun. I can't wait for the rematch. Good game to Str8 Griffin (we'll get you next time! ). Good game to WESUCK@GRIFBALL, too. You guys were a lot of fun to play with.

In reply to Kalbelgarion, #24: We usually seem to find ourselves in situations like this. It's cool though, since every team seems evenly matched it'll be a real scrum for the division title and the winner will be a team who legitimately fought hard and deserves it.

Yeah man and the two games we played tonight were very stressful. I almost passed out cuz I forgot to breathe lol. Anyway don't count out Rampant Havoc. They had us 4-0 and we came back to 5-4 them. Great games looking forward to another great season. P.S You shall not win the next game either Kal. Good luck though.
