Edward (Bill Milner) is a ten-year-old boy who lives at an old people's home run by his parents (David Morrissey and Anne-Marie Duff). Surrounded by death and dying, he becomes obsessed with finding evidence for the afterlife. He is helped in his search by Clarence (Michael Caine), an elderly magician in the early stages of dementia. The film follows their quest and their friendship, which ultimately allows both Edward and Clarence to come to terms with their respective situations.

I just saw this and it left me completely devastated. I could hear sniffles throughout the theatre where people were trying to hold it in. If you want a feel-good film that's poignant, beautiful and thought-provoking, this is for you.

In theatres now.

Not showing in New England, surprisingly in my local theater which is an independent theater, holds Michel Moore films (which are great and truthful). My dad and I really want to see it.

I have heard good things about this. They've said that Caine gives one of the best performances of his career.

Will see as soon as it's available.

I love Caine! He's a magnificent actor, and I enjoy nearly every movie I've seen him in. Also, ever since I saw "Son of Rambo" (yes, I gave in to Ben and his rants about the movie), I look forward to seeing Milner in this movie and his future roles.

I heard this was supposed to be an amazing movie, but I haven't had a chance to see it yet. I'm definitely going to check it out now.

Have no idea when this comes out in Aus, might keep an eye out for it though.

Sounds like a bit of a contrast to the latest shit I've been seeing; superhero cameo shitstorms, shit actors driving around in shittier cars, you know the ones.

Damn, it wasn't even in my theater - those managers are insensitive bastards for not even recommending to have this film in their theater.

So I went to a rival theater and watched it there, one of the best movies I've seen. Right up on my favorites along with the two explosion fest transformers movies and click.

A combination of the 4 movies = Is the Clickformer there? 2: Revenge of the remote?
Starring Chuck Norris, Chick Norris, And god LOL

That's not quite how cinema management works.
