*Although this is about a 360, it's more about networking issues therefore I felt it belonged in the Tech Forum.
I was using my brothers laptop to go on Xbox Live with by bridging the connection and using his wireless card to get a connection with the internet. Everything worked fine. I did the same thing on my laptop but for some reason I can't play with a friend of mine whom I could play with when it was connected to my brothers laptop. I could keep using my brothers laptop but I formatted it and now it wont even work on his. It's as if there was a random NAT problem somewhere, but testing the connection on both of our Xbox's doesn't bring up any errors. And my router is an Xbox 360 supported router. It's really weird that it worked at one point and now it doesn't. Anyone have any suggestions as to what I can do?
We've both opened up ports on our routers that the Xbox 360 uses. My Router: DLink WBR-1310 Laptop is HP Pavilion dv5-1002nr (If that helps)
