fucking ban his ass if hes gonna be an asshole and spoil the fun of getting achievements from upcoming games by all means ban him and if bungie can take his precious recon away.
fucking idiot... if he does reveal them then Micro and Bungie are going to add different conditions to get the Recon armour if they haven't already... he's just making harder on those of us who plan to get it honestly
hes already revealed them. and i dought they would change the conditions because that would take some time which would probobly make the release date longer and i dont think microsoft will change the release date just for some achievements.
Ban him, track down his address, come to his house, kick him in the testicles, break his xbox, break his computer, and break anything that can connect to the internet, then kick him in the testicles again.
While i dont condone to cheating in any way, Microsoft and Bungie should be protecting this stuff better if they didnt want this happening. Banning him wont really solve anything though. He can just start a new account and just continue to mod his 360 like that again.

I reckon ban him though, usually they can do that to your IP address as well so not only can he not access Xbox Live but it's a complete waste of time if he's going to make a new IP address. Honestly, he'll be helpless if he's banned so perhaps Microsoft should get rid of him. If one thing is true, modding, hacking and anything related to that is illegal on Xbox Live (except for a number of PC games that allow you to customize content) and as such the rules should not be broken.
Due to comments in Bungie's 7.7.09 podcast, I finally got the OK from Achievement Hunter to post all 47 Achievements. All the page is missing now is the tiles, but that'll have to wait until they're up on xbox.com, and that'll probably be a couple months.
It would be a permanent ban though so he'd never be able to access his Recon.
It looks like he's already been banned. I just looked up his Bungie.net profile and it says 0 achievements unlocked even though he's done campaign and everything. His Bungie Profile
Exactly. I was also reading about this guy who got banned from xbox live, and Halo 3, for glitching and modding, and all he did was just make a new account, and there's a chance he's still glitching and modding.

I agree with the this. But more so the latter of it. :)
But still, people like him are really stupid if they think they can threat like that. It's just achievements leaked, it's not like you're ruining anything important. --And even if it were, it's not like it'd be the end of the world or Microsoft or Bungie. Epic fail on this guys part methinks.
