Hi, i bought a Microsoft LifeCam Cinema today, and am having some problems with the software included with it.
I installed the drivers from the disk, and followed all instructions, but when ever i activate the program for the camera, it will come up and say "No Camera is Connected". So, i restarted my computer, no dice, still no detection. I went into My Computer and the Camera was under scanners and cameras, and when i click on that it turns the camera on, and i do get video but still not detected by the software. I have gone to microsoft support and followed all steps there, still no solution.
has anyone else had this problem?, what did you do to fix it?
I have tried all usb ports possible, and have tried all versions of the software availible and no dice. My brother had a similar problem with his Life Cam, after he reformatted his computer it worked, i am taking mine back.
