Sorry to be picky about this again but when you say "how you are going to download" do you mean describing the actual process involved i.e. "I'm getting this from www._______.com" or do you mean saying "I'm gonna download this film rather than pay for it"?

I'm well aware of that, but people post frequently about other illegal activities, like drug usage, and it doesn't seem to cause as much of a stir as this does. I'm just wondering why suddenly mentioning the act is now getting such attention.
considering it's a widely know fact that talking about illegal downloading is against the rules, we've already been warned. on a side note if you come to my house do yo need to be told not to shit on my rug or you'll get the shit kick out of you or should you just expect that if you shit on my rug you are going to get the shit kicked out of you.
But would you kick me out of your house if I said I was shitting on your rug even if I wasn't? We're not talking about stopping people from illegally downloading something or even helping others illegally downloading something. We're talking about saying that you have downloaded something illegally.
i'm guessing i start my kicking the shit out of you mid shit so there is possibility that there is still shit in you to be kick out. i can imagine i'd let you get through shitting before i start with the shit kicking. however if it's something i don't catch till after you have finish, i guess i would employ the making you eat the shit you shit out and then kick that shit out of you.
it's against the rules to talk about and or link to such sites where the illegal downloading is occurring. thus if you are talking about illegal downloading or link to a site for illegal downloading you are breaking the rules and deserve a ban. quit being such a bleeding heart for the douchebags who fail to either read or comprehend the fine print.
