Because these things will change.
I've had a lot of new experiences this year so far. I've done a lot of growing, and I've been more honest with myself and the people that I love than I ever have been before. So, in the spirit of honesty...
I just wanted to take a moment to tell you guys on this site that you mean a lot to me - there's been many times over the past few years where I've been very sad, very lost, very alone... and many of you have done more than I can say to help me through those times. Regardless of the fact that I've never met many of you face to face... well, in the end, that doesn't seem to matter.
To those I have hurt; I'm sorry. To those who have hurt me; it's okay. To those who I simply have fallen out of contact with; you're still awesome and I love you all. To my newer friends; you're awesome. Hopefully our lives will continue to coincide. To those who have always been there for me; thank you. So, so much. As for who all of you are... you already know.
So I wanted to very randomly say thank you to all of you for playing the roles that you have played in my life to date. I hope all is well with your lives - and if it isn't, just remember the impermanence of all things. This too shall pass.
Here's to new days, to life that can change, to those who know hearts will bend and not break... here's to better days.
