I did end up responding to her again. This is what I said:"Honey," I cant get three of the four things the bank requires.
There are no Senegalese powered attorneys in this area. No body from this town cares about that area of the world.
Having never knew your father, how can I get his death certificate?
And having no way to get to Senegal, how could I pick up an affidavit of Oath from the High Court?

I have informed the Reverend about it and he gave me the contact of this lawyer below,he is a registered lawyer in the United Nations Camp here and he is also a registered member in (Senegalese Bar Association) who will help in preparing the documents for us, Please i will like you to contact him through email and phone today,when your contacting him, tell him that you are my Foreign partner and you want him to prepare a power of attorney in your name to enable the transfer of my (Late) father's ACCOUNT in ROYAL BANK OF SCOTLAND to the account in Your country.

Note the differences in how to spell her name. And I love how this is the first certificate the Bank has ever issued. Hence the 0001 in the corner.
Did I point out the excerpt of her "trusting me" and yet she sent me all the info about her money in the second email? And I told her I was Michael Moore... Lots of trust there...
My response:"Sweetie," I am more worried about disappointing you. Everytime I have called your lawyer friend, it has cost me $1.25/minute and I get a busy tone. I think he might be on his dial up looking at porn. Atleast thats what the lawyers over here do... And how come you never spell your name the same way twice?
