Stupid website...
Well... I've been at my *kickass* website for the last week and a half. It's sad, because I haven't gotten to any of the content. I designed the layout, got it all working, then decided I didn't like it... so I trashed it, redesigned the layout, and got it working. Then I realized it didn't work well with PHP alone, and rewrote my navigation system with Javascript. Now that I'm starting to add content, we've figured out that it still doesn't load very well and I have to start all over.
This crap is what I've been spending my time on.. it feels like I'm getting nowhere with it. Everytime I get close to halfway done, I have to start over.
So, if anyone wants to donate some PayPal to my struggling small business fund... :p Just kidding. But really, I need cash. Now.
Resa and me aren't going to be getting our 360s, either. It's actually a relief cause we don't have the money.. so the Oblivion bullshit was kindof a blessing in disguise.
Well, for all that complaining, I'm still enjoying life without a real job. It's great! Not to mention I have a very wonderful wife. Things are pretty good, except for the damned website. (Which I love, it's like a puzzle, you know?)
More to come soon. More stuff that isn't anything like this stuff. :)
