someone tear me away from this
I've been browsing this website while I've been sick today. It's strangely disturbing, saddening, and fitting.
I am trying to convince a few friends of mine to go to the zoo with me, but everyone's lame. Oh why won't Amber answer my calls? Bitch.
I had a dream last night, and wrote about it somewhere. But I forget where that somewhere is.

Boring Weekend
Boring speech tournament. Made it to finals for Original Oratory, and placed 5th. Not too happy about my placing, as I was better than 3rd and 4th. Whatever, I can pursue other things now.
Even more boring Sunday. Didn't really do anything. Some chores, alot of guitar, alot of facebook, and a bit of L4D2 demo action :)
School tomorrow doesn't seem too attractive, but neither do too many of the things people are obliged to do.
On the bright side...I'll get back to you on that, cause there sure as hell is one.
I need to buy a bigger nerf gun.
I forget how to add a poll so here it goes: Modern Warfare 2 or Left 4 Dead 2? I only have enough money for one or the other, and both look to be really, really fucking legit. I'm planning on buying them through Steam, just to make it easier on myself. I could use some input if anyone could be bothered :)

IE 2 Tomorrow
Last week started off with a crushingly bad day, followed my 3 days of pretty much kickass.
Getting very good at my speech, and both my coaches believe I should do very well at the Individual Events tournament tomorrow (actually it's in like 5 and a half hours). The only things I have to work on don't need to be done for tomorrow.
I was going to try and fully memorize it (I'm probably only 80% of the way there) tonight, but at about 6:30 I took a nap and fell asleep till 1. Bad choice. I've read my speech a few times and hope to have it memorized but I might need to look off my paper for the first round tomorrow.
Oh well, I hope you are all doing well, my friends, and I hope the day will see you well. Wish me luck.

Tiring
Chemistry and Algebra 2 can be tiring at near 1 am. I guess I wouldn't have it any other way.
I suppose that works on alot of levels, and in many situations.
Ever get that feeling, the one where it seems like everything happens for a reason? I'm kinda in that mindset right now. How very interesting how a day can change our thinking from one thing to another.
Anyways I need to go tie shopping tomorrow. So busy this week. <3 Amber and Christiana, they brighten up my day so much.

Well
I got back last night (this morning) from the Invitational at about 2 am.
Lottttttttttttts happened. My new partner and I made it to Quarterfinals out of about 80 teams, and lost to one of the finalist teams.
It was exhausting beyond belief, was hard, and honestly I had the time of my life and had alot of fun.
Even the bad experiences are welcomed.
I could go on forever so I'll just end it hear. Time to get started on my watchlist I guess :/
