AOB - Brig ProtocolBRIG PROTOCOLIn the far lowest regions of Alpha Outpost, there is a five cell complex with a office type area in the free space within the Brig Complex. One passes through a security entrance and enters the Brig complex. The duty MP has a desk area and beyond this area are the five cells. On either side down the corridor are two “single” person cells and at the end of the corridor is the isolation cell with minimum facilities. The Brig complex is designed to be able to be locked down in the event of problems and is on a separate air system that allows incapacitation gas to be pumped inside to render those unconscious. Standard Cell:  Isolation Cell:  Imprisonment: Enlisted personnel can be incarcerated at the order of any officer for either non-judicial punishment or to await court martial. An Officer of O1 to O3 rank can be incarcerated at the order of the Executive officer but such imprisonment is subject to the review of the Base Commander. Any Officer can be incarcerated at the order of two Admins acting in unison and for the preservation of the RP pending disciplinary action by the Admiral or an RP Founding member. Specific Procedure: An individual ordered confinement will surrender all weapons, equipment, armor and tools. The individual will then proceed to a designated cell and remain there for the length of their sentence or until brought forward for court martial proceedings. Those individuals having special abilities that can not be surrendered will be subject to immediate lethal force should they use those abilities to either attempt escape or harm military police or custodial personnel. A specific charge of mutiny will be appended to the death certificate. At the conclusion of the sentence, the Mickey AI will release the lock on the cell door and the individual will be free to leave the cell, gather their possessions and depart. A service bot will clean and prep the cell for its next inhabitant. |
