Sweet sweet tweets
About a month ago I signed up on Twitter for the sole purpose of having a place to post short updates while I was at comiccon without having to use the kinda slow, battery-sucking iPhone browser. I've used the account a few times, mostly getting used to the ap or when I'm just sitting waiting for something. With the trip starting tomorrow, though, the time has come for the account to fulfill its purpose. So if you're interested in keeping up with my comiccon adventure over the next few days, from prep to return, check out the account wherein lie the tweets.

No idea how much rvbing I'll be doing during the trip. Not taking my laptop since one of the hinges is fubar'd, and it now looks like it's going to break if I try to close it. So it will just be me, the iPhone and maybe my Kindle, in case I need books to keep me company while I wait in any of the various, exceedingly long lines that I expect to encounter in the near future.
In fact, now that I think of it, maybe I should take a backpack or messenger bag so I can also carry some water or other important things with me. I wonder what the policy/protocol/etiquette is on that. Need to consult someone who has been.
