PS3

Just picked up a PS3 Slim. I had heard that they didn't release until Sep. 1st, but our local Gamestop proved that to be incorrect. I picked up Arkham Asylum to go with it, and then Bad Company because they had a used copy cheap, and I heard that it was good for a laugh. Now I need an HDTV. One step at a time, Data.

If you don't already, check Lifehacker periodically for their deals of the day. Sometimes they have some sick HDTV's for good prices and free shipping.

tell me how Arkham Asylum is, i'm thinking of getting it for the 360 i just bought speaking of which, we'll have to add each other on Live once it gets here. ( i am remembering correctly that you have a 360 right?)

I'll be getting a ps3 slim and AA within the month (stupid paycheck). Can't wait to have an easily portable blu-ray player. I'll be able to finally enlighten the family about HD when I go home again.

I'd been looking at several HDTVs for myself, but the only ones in the price range I was looking for were pretty much the same size as the TV I have now. So I figured it'd be better to wait.

I've been hearing all sorts of different dates with a lot of different video game related stuff. Like I'd heard that the release of Bioshock 2 had been pushed back till march of 2010, but I was in Best Buy today and they had boxes out saying "Reserve your copy of Bioshock 2 today! 11-3-09" shrugs

Thinking of getting a PS3. I already have a 360 and a wii, but I barely play my Wii. Arkham Asylum is damn good.

I love my PS3 SLim! I finished Uncharted. So happy. Can't wait for God of War 3 and Uncharted 2.
