Rockapella AuditionSo, I've just applied for what is possibly my dream job. To sing with Rockapella. And before anyone asks, yes, that's the group that sang on Where in the World is Carmen Sandiego.I've been a fan of theirs since I started watching their show. With some help, I have every album on my iPod, and my sister, who's teaching in Japan right now, just found one of their Japan Only releases. WOO! So anyway, one of their tenors, Kevin Wright, just quit, and they decided to have open auditions. Just send links to the required files. So I took one of Rockapella's older songs and recorded all 5 parts for my audition. Now, I'm being realistic about my chances, here. I'm not a professional singer, and they are a professional group, but I think I have a slight chance because I have the ability, I'm very musical, and I am also a vocal percussionist. We'll see. You can't win if you don't try. And worst case scenario? I'm STILL not part of Rockapella. It's a win/not-lose situation. Here's my audition if you want to hear it, but please don't spread it around.
