One of those "crazies"
Wow- I'm watching Netflix on my Xbox 360, and suddenly, some guy on Xbox Live sends me a friend request and a message that says "how much do u make at TG?" (TG referring to Twin Galaxies)
I told him that I'm a volunteer staff writer for Twin Galaxies in my free time, and that I don't see a dime from writing for Twin Galxies.
He starts sending me voice messages calling everyone at Twin Galaxies faggots, because he somehow got banned from the forums, and then he starts yelling at me, calling me a "virgin comic book nerd" and says that if he ever sees me in public, that he'll kick my ass. He starts spamming me with messages:
I try to calmly explain that I'm new to Twin Galaxies, and that I have nothing to do with his being banned from the forums, and that I am indeed not a virgin- I informed him that I have been dating my current girlfriend for nearly 2 years.
So then he looks through my game history and finds that I have history for Street Fighter II Hyper Fighting and challenges me to a match. I politely tell him in a voice message that the reason why I have game history with Street Fighter II Hyper Fighting is because I downloaded the demo when it came out a couple of years ago. I deleted the demo and never downloaded the full game.
After he hears this, he starts calling me a cowardly son-of-a-bitch, and starts sending me really horrible messages.
But you know what the weirdest part of it all is? He keeps sending me friend requests.
I kept listening to his voice messages, just out of sheer hilarity, but then I got tired of him, blocked all communications, and filed a complaint against him with Xbox Live.
Here's his Gamer Profile:
All I was trying to do was watch The Office on Netflix when all this happened.
