Poll Time!!
So.... for those who didn't hear, I sadly dropped and cracked my Scout helmet while at PAX. At Laird's request, I donated it (I guess it was more of a trade) to the charity auction for Child's Play..... although, he made sure to up the bids on it first. I hope it gets a good amount (heck, I'm even thinking of trying to win it. >_> ) However, this leaves me with a full suit of armor and no helmet to wear. What to do? Oh yes, I'll make a new one!! And even more awesome, I was given a kickass new, more game accurate model to work with from the user crucible over at 405th. Now, I'd like to have this thing done by Halloween.... but considering I was able to build my last helmet in less than a week, I figure I'll have some extra time to do it right. And as such, the poll comes into play. I have had others ask for a tutorial of how I did it, and this is a chance to see how I go about it from the very beginning of a piece. So, I leave it up to you guys. I'll be starting the build process very soon, but I'll let this go for a few days to see who is interested. Who knows, I'll maybe even let you guys make some choices of how I do some things along the way. Ninja run away, -Hale |
