Superstar

Just like almost every other person, I've been busy. What's keeping me the most busy is RvBTO. Oh, and I had an interview today. Don't ask me how it went because I bombed it. It's been over 2 years since I had an interview and I'm a little bit rusty, I blab a lot.

I dressed up for the interview, and everyone at work was so surprised when they saw me. "Lukie? Is that you?" It makes me think I must look like a bum every day. Well, I used to dress in business casual, but since some of the other ladies in here wear Lululemons, that's far more comfortable and easier to get ready. My Mom had to wake up early today and help dress me. She even rolled up my sleeves for me.

One of the sweeter ladies at work asked me if I had a date.

P.S. Wedding got canceled, and I decided I don't want to go on vacation with my other cousin. So I'm going nowhere.
P.S.S. I could have made a guy cheat on his gf today, me being single is a dangerous thing. I'm locking myself at home.

I've got the opposite problem with interviews........I take way too long to come up with answers to even the simplest questions.

I always said that I need to dress better... I usually dress pretty relaxed. Lately in BDU's while working around the house. I wouldnt sweat the interview... sometimes they just go that way.

One can never know how interviews truly go / feel... heck I had one where I thought I totally bombed it, they called me the next week and offered me the job :) Karma and all that. Evil Lukie is appearing now that she's single and just in time for Halloween ;) Can you say Lil' devil tail and horns mayhaps? :D You look great by the way, very nice way to dress for an interview.

Remember

I made a decision to dress nicer for work when possible. Theatre's a pretty relaxed clothing environment, everything from plain black with black and more black or lululemon or Mountain Equipment Co-op ensembles with some people looking a tad snazzier. Business casual is the way to go when I can do it, and it's pretty ridiculous that it actually does have an effect on how people interact with you.

Even if it's just to hit on you. BAM!

Yes, well, the boys you can get to cheat on their girlfriends will invariably cheat on you as well, so no loss there. You look cute in your outfit!
