Dang it

I feel like time is slipping away from me. It's ridiculous. And I know I'm only 20 and I have infinity time left and all that, but I mean... Things are changing.

College is the most fun I've ever had, especially since I'm all relationship-y now, and I've met all of my very best friends here. But in December my best friend graduates. And then in May, pretty much everyone I regularly hang out with graduates, and also Alyssa (girlfriend) is most likely transferring to another college (probably just 1.5 hours away, but I'm not going to kid myself and say that that won't change things)... Augh. Next year is going to suck.

Things should just stay the same.

In a year I will (hopefully) have graduated from my course and will be working at an apprenticeship in a cafe or restaurant. I also believe I will be living with my current bf in a house that he is planning on purchasing. And if all goes well (as it seems to be) there will be a rather shiny rock on my hand and a party in the works.

time is slipping away indeed. i've been working on that freakin' paper for the past four hours!! it's now 3 am and i want to sleep!! this is ridiculous.
she's transferring an hour away, sure could be a LOT worse. could be graduating or transferring across country.

...my roommate is repeatedly cracking his fingers as loudly as he can...i am going to stab him the face and then cut off his fucking fingers....
...sorry, it's late, i'm tired, irritated, and cannot wait to have my own place.

don't count out next year yet. there's always some new awesome surprise at college

I will say one thing. Do not take this personally. You have been dating this girl for a week (well, two, since I only read this journal now). Do not even think as far in advance as September in terms of a continued relationship. Do not make the same mistakes I have.
