PxR: Now in MobileMy parents are helping to alleviate my roommate issues by getting me a little netbook. Crossing my fingers for it to arrive on Tuesday to have all of holiday-Wednesday to upgrade it to 2gb mem, install apps and configure it the way I want. I'll be able to enjoy a sans incarnant of a feminine hygiene product existence without having to murder him (and go to jail for the aforementioned murder, which would be a major buzzkill). Much <3 for my folks, they spoil me too much.Other than that there's not much to say sadly. Classes have been going well, I've made a couple of acquaintances and everything in general is a semi-stable isotope. This will change soon enough with the verdict pending on if I move into the engineering house and my rapidly approaching departure date for a year abroad. Oh small lie. I went to adult prom last week (Men's Wearhouse holiday party). If you're friends enough that we're facebooking each other (I won't tell your significant other, it's our little secret), then you'll have seen the photos. I'll pick out my fav's and get them up on here this week if I don't forget to. I got a neat glow wand out of it, simple 3 parallel blinking led connected to some sort of timing circuit wrapped in soft styrofoam to diffuse the led light. Very neat looking effect for what seems like a very cheap circuit. It only occurred to me afterward that I should have gone around like a pack rat to all the glow wands that people left to take the timing circuits with me.
