Got some good news...
So, got a wake up phone call earlier. It was from the guy I've been passing emails back and forth with about an apartment. Looks like I may have a place. Fingers crossed it doesn't go all to hell like the last incident....
But anyways, the guy was asking for $400, but I worked him down to $300 a month. I'll be cleaning the house and what-not, but hey, an extra $100 is good. He evidently didn't care how much he really got for it, cause he can afford the whole place to himself easily. Its just that he goes outta town alot and would like someone to be there. He sent some pics of the place and its looks pretty good, and frankly I'm not one to complain.
So all I need to do is move... at least I hope thats all and nothing else fucks up....
