Parental Units

It's that time of the year when my parents come back to Los Angeles for the winter months. They live up on Whidbey Island in Washington state and it gets toooo cold for them. I always enjoy their visit and everyone here, even Titan and Pearl, look forward to their visit.

So, whose playing Modern Warfare 2? Tyler has been glued to his Xbox for the past 2 days....he eats, and goes to the bathroom....lol.

Some very exciting news. I have kept you all in the loop as to the facility that I have had all my recent surgeries, D.I.S.C. (Diagnostic Intervention Spinal Care) Well, they are now affiliated with the Olympics....check it out:

This is the facility where I have been training for the past 3 months and where I will continue to train for a stellar future in paddling.

I hope your parents have a lovely time in LA :) Great news about DISC! I wonder if you'll get a mention! Modern Warfare 2 is pretty good. I'm not glued to my PC as others, but it's understandable why people would be. I hope you're okay :) Don't we get hugs today? glomps Kat <3

I will not be getting COD: MW2 as I do not believe that I can afford the game, AND the cost of replaceing all the controllers ill break playing that game.

My friend Bobby told me that his dad bought Modern Warfare 2 Wednesday and he (Bobby's dad) had played it all day and Bobby started playing it last night. He also told me that he wasn't going to be at school yesterday (yesterday meaning today) cuz he'd be playing it al day. True to his word, Bobby wasn't in 3rd period today. Lol.

I've been doing about the same with Borderlands. My boyfriend and I have been practically wired to our computers. I'm glad to hear that things are going so well for you and I hope they continue to improve. Take care, Kat. You rock.
