OUCHKick ass weekend, however I did not load up on carbs enough and doing 15 miles on Saturday and then trying to do another 10 on Sunday....well for the first time I hit the most miserable wall ever. My muscles just went on strike while out on a 6 man canoe outing. I learned how to steer, but during a couple regular paddling pieces I just ran out of fuel. So, I wrote my nutrition doctor and told him about the whole weekend and low and behold not enough carbohydrates.
