Eff Bank of AmericaIt's been over 3 weeks since I reported my card 'lost' and had them order me a new one. It hasn't arrived yet obviously, not to mention I've had 3, count that, 1-2-3 THREE different BOA employees tell me DIRECTLY they have ordered the card, and I can expect it shortly. One of them even told me "I see that the card has been sent, it should be there within a couple days." but when I called back the 4th time the guy lets me know it was reported lost but that a new one was never sent out for whatever reason. Then he told me they were going to FedEX Overnight a new card to me and that they were very sorry. That was last TUESDAY. Either FedEX's overnight is a horrible case of misleading names or Bank of America couldn't care less about their customers.How about the fact that I also ordered a new card (to get a new card with my picture on it) October 9th and the guy there never sent for it either. What the hell is wrong with Bank of America employees?! Also, the fact that: A.) I have no cash B.) I have money in the bank I can't access because I have no card C.) It's a holiday tomorrow so I still won't be able to get more cash D.) I'm damned hungry and there's no food in this house FML |
