I played BlazBlue: Calamity Trigger for the first time a few days ago. It is fucking awesome, I love it, etc. It's basically just Guilty Gear with new characters and stuff but that works for me. I also greatly appreciated them naming a character after me, hurr hurr. My only complaint right now is that V-13 is cheap as hell. That said, as soon as I get half-way decent with her I likely won't be complaining much (as was the case with Eddie in #Reload -- the characters aren't too similar stylistically, just similarly unbalanced). I might write more about the game when I get to play it again. I only just skimmed the surface of it; tried out about 1/3rd of the characters in versus and gunned through arcade mode with Ragna and Noel.
My brother got himself one of those X-bricks so he could play a butt-load of Tales of Vesperia while his school's out. When I get myself a new job, I think I might pick up that Ninja Gaiden game which I've been wanting to try for a while.
I'd write more here but there really isn't much else going on, so I'm just gonna go listen to Hanging in the Balance again.
