I heard it was almost deadlocked only a few votes made it pass so I imagine it would be easy to overturn especially since it's a civil rights violation
depends on what computer you have to run it on. Spore does not run well on my computer. the first patch completely messed it up to make it unplayable. it's fun otherwise :)
i said the murder was wrong and i'm against people who do gay bashings and stuff but the internet meeting puts it logicaly that the guy wouldn't have known if she was transgender (you'd have to check her profile and yeah its possible she did tell him in a behind screen message or somewhere along the line, in which case you'd have to trust his word, and realy you can't i agree with you, but its possible the murder had nothing to do with gay/transgender issues..... thats what i'm sayin he could just be a murderer and should the punishment for a regular murder be any different than a gay murder, no they should be equaly a harsh punishment and the only bearing the fact she was a transgender person has on the case is weather it was part of the motive) BUT even then he's admitted he's guilty of an unjustifyable murder case closed he should go behind bars for 20 odd years if not more. thats kinda what i was pointing out that weather it was a gay murder only makes a difference to the case in a way that it'll have more attention for some reason *killing anyone no matter what or who they are is wrong, might have to make some undernotes to that as with all rules there are exceptions*
