I meant the site was slow as molasses last night. The Web Dev group had a news post on it by gus saying they were updating it and it would be slow...literally 8 minutes before I posted my journal. And I had to go to bed, so I knew I'd check later instead of waiting for 3 posts.
As far as I'm concerned, they're still illegal aliens and I'm going call them that. Anyone bothered by that can go to hell. Seriously. You have my explicit permission.
No work yet, but they don't officially represent me until I bring them my promo materials and sign a contract. I'm setting up a home studio, though, so I'll be able to do lots of freelance stuff too.
No problem........I would also be remiss if I didn't plug my podcast and and my DJ mixes before you go. I freely admit to not being the best DJ in the world, but I created these all by myself........and that's the best fucking feeling in the world.
It's all MP3's, and I use Traktor DJ Studio 3 & Traktor Scratch in my two main setups. Native Instruments released new 'Pro' editions of the software earlier this year, but the layouts are way too cluttered and complex for my liking.
