No Life
Work is crazy and the school my local sends us to is a joke. I highly doubt you can go anywhere with the college degree that we must achieve in order to become official Electrical Journeymen persons. It is a SUNY college but WTF is Labor Studies. I must finish my engineering degree.
Don't get me wrong I love what I do but I can't see myself doing construction work for the rest of my life. It is really dangerous and when the guys are A.L. ( "after lunch" the state to which you return to work after drinking at the bar.) You can get hit with anything like material or amperage.
