Spent 7 Hours On A Bike Today
And I just google mapped my route right now and it turns out I was only supposed to be on the bike for about 3 of those hours. *sigh* But that's what I get for blowing two tires and totally not knowing the layout of the city itself. YAY for learning experiences! NYC has been pretty sweet so far though. We just signed the lease to an apartment on the upper east side and are going to move in quite soon. The place is awesome, it's got a great size for three people, and the landlord.owner just remodeled eight years ago so the whole things pretty darn new. It doesn't have a, well what my friends call, a Tuason(dish) washer. But I can survive that. It's on the fifth floor so we've got some great views and the sun will hit the place really well at times. I'm hopin' we can climb up to the roof so we can have fun up there sometimes, but other than that I'm havin' a great time. Now all I need is a job. Anybody...? |
